Who receives my quote request?
The specific company, if you requested a quote from its profile. If you use Get Quotes, the Red Flag Checker or ShipAdvisor AI, your request goes to up to 3 companies that serve your route.
What details do companies get?
Your name, phone number, email, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details and dates: what they need to quote you.
Will companies call or text me?
Yes, about your shipment, as you agreed on the form. Reply STOP to any text, or tell a company to stop contacting you, and it must stop.
Do companies pay for my request?
Some do. Under California and some other state laws, that can count as a "sale" of personal information. You can opt out at Your Privacy Choices.
What happens if I opt out?
We won't send your future requests to companies that pay us for them, so you may get fewer quotes. It doesn't stop you using Transportvibe.
