How do I get quotes?
Use Get Quotes, or request a quote from a specific company's profile. Your request goes to up to 3 companies that serve your route. See Quote Requests & Privacy.
Why do quotes differ so much?
Companies price differently, and some quote low to win the booking, then raise the price later. A very low quote is often a warning sign. Ask whether the price is guaranteed in writing.
Should I pay a deposit?
Many brokers take a small deposit after a carrier is assigned. Be careful with large upfront payments before anything is scheduled, and always get the price and terms in writing.
Are ShipAdvisor AI price estimates real quotes?
No. They're estimates based on past averages. Only a company can give you a real quote.
What does Full Service cost?
You pay the carrier price plus a coordination fee of $95 to $195, depending on route and vehicle. Both are shown in full before you approve anything, and the written price is the price you pay.
