Is claiming my company really free?
Yes. Claiming your profile, replying to reviews and using the Free plan never cost anything.
When do I pay the $699 onboarding fee?
Only once, with your company's first purchase: a plan upgrade, a lead order or a sponsored placement. It's never charged at claim and never charged twice.
Can I see leads on the Free plan?
No. Leads, including quote requests sent to your profile, are part of Standard and higher plans.
How does ordering leads work?
On Standard and Pro you choose how many leads you want, up to 50 a day, and pay at checkout. Leads arrive in your CRM. If a lead is invalid, report it within 7 days for a replacement. See the Lead Purchase Terms.
Can I add more team members?
Standard includes 3 seats and Pro includes 6. Add extra seats any time for $8.90 per seat per month.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Upgrades start right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. See the Business Terms.
