01About these terms
These Lead Purchase Terms apply when a company buys leads through the Order leads page of its Transportvibe business workspace. They're part of our Business Terms of Service, which also apply. If the two conflict on a lead purchase, these terms win.
"We," "us," and "Transportvibe" mean Transportvibe, Inc. "You" means the company that buys the leads and everyone who uses its account.
02What a lead is
A lead is a request for auto transport quotes that a customer sent through the Platform, for example through Get Quotes, the Red Flag Checker, or the AI Advisor. Each lead includes:
- The customer's first and last name, phone number, and email
- Pickup and delivery city, state, and ZIP code
- Vehicle year, make, model, and whether it runs
- Preferred transport type and first available pickup date
- The page or tool the request came from
Every customer agreed on the form to be contacted about their shipment by up to 3 companies. A lead you buy may also be delivered to up to 2 other companies.
We sell one type of lead. You choose how many you want; you can't pick or reject individual leads before delivery.
03Ordering leads
- Only companies on a Standard, Pro, or Enterprise plan can order leads. Free accounts can't order or receive leads.
- You can order up to 50 leads per day per company. The limit resets at midnight in your account's time zone.
- Your company's first purchase includes the one-time $699 onboarding fee described in the Business Terms.
- An order is confirmed once your payment goes through. You'll see it under Order leads > My orders.
04Price & payment
The price per lead is shown on the Order leads page and at checkout before you pay. You pay for the whole order at checkout.
- We accept credit and debit cards only: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Prices are in US dollars and don't include sales tax. We add any tax that applies before you pay.
- A price change applies only to orders placed after it takes effect.
05Delivery
We deliver leads to the CRM in your workspace as customers send requests. If you use our Leads API, webhooks or a CRM connection, leads are also sent there.
- Delivery depends on how many customers request quotes, so we can't promise when each lead arrives.
- We aim to deliver each order within 7 days. If part of an order isn't delivered within 30 days, we refund the undelivered leads to your card.
- If your plan ends while an order is still being delivered, we stop delivery and refund the undelivered leads.
06Valid and invalid leads
A lead is invalid if
- The phone number is disconnected or not in service and the email bounces
- The contact details belong to someone who says they never made the request
- It's a duplicate of a lead you received from us in the previous 30 days
- It's clearly a test, a joke, or not about shipping a vehicle
- The pickup or delivery location is outside the United States, unless your profile says you ship internationally
A lead is still valid if
- The customer doesn't answer or reply
- The customer already booked with another company, or decides not to ship
- The customer thinks your price is too high
- The details change after the customer talks to you
07Reporting an invalid lead
- Open the lead in your CRM and choose Report lead within 7 days of delivery.
- Tell us why it's invalid and add any proof, such as a call log or a bounced email.
- We review every report within 5 business days and tell you the result in your workspace.
If we approve a report, we give you a replacement lead, added to your next delivery. Credits have no cash value and don't expire while your plan is active.
We track report rates. If a company reports an unusually high share of its leads without good proof, we may review its reports more closely or limit lead orders.
08Refunds
Leads that were delivered aren't refunded in cash. Invalid leads are replaced as described in Section 7. We refund to your card only:
- Undelivered leads, as described in Section 5
- A duplicate or mistaken charge
- Where the law requires it
09How you may use lead data
Lead details are customers' personal information. You may use them only to quote and serve that customer's shipment. That means:
- Contact the customer only about the shipment they asked about.
- Don't sell, rent, share, or give lead details to anyone outside your company, including other brokers.
- Don't add the customer to unrelated marketing lists.
- Follow the TCPA, the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing laws and the National Do Not Call Registry rules that apply to you.
- Stop calling, texting, or emailing a customer as soon as they ask you to.
- Keep lead details secure and delete them when the customer asks or when you no longer need them.
If you resell lead data or keep contacting customers who opted out, we stop deliveries immediately without refund and may close your business account.
10Your responsibilities
- Keep your FMCSA authority, insurance, and any required bond active while you buy leads.
- Give customers honest quotes. Don't quote a low price to win the job and raise it later without a real reason.
- Make sure everyone on your team who handles leads follows these terms.
11Pausing and stopping orders
You can pause lead delivery at any time from Settings > Lead delivery. Paused orders resume when you turn delivery back on.
We may stop lead orders or deliveries if you break these terms or the Business Terms, if your FMCSA authority or insurance lapses, or to protect customers. If we stop them for any reason other than your breach, we refund the undelivered leads.
12No guaranteed results
We don't promise that any lead will answer, request a final quote, or book a shipment with you.
The Disclaimers, Limitation of liability and Resolving disputes sections of our Terms of Use and the Business Terms apply to lead purchases.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For a real change, we'll update this page with a new "Last updated" date, email the account Owner at least 14 days before it takes effect, and show a notice in your workspace. Orders placed before a change stay under the terms in place when you paid.
