01Why we publish this
Transportvibe helps people choose an auto transport company, so you should know exactly how we make money and how we keep paid content separate from our ratings. This page explains both, in line with the FTC's rules on advertising and endorsements.
02How we make money
| Source | What companies pay for |
|---|---|
| Business plans | Tools in their business workspace: reply management, CRM, analytics, team seats, integrations. |
| Leads | Quote requests from customers who asked to be contacted. See Privacy Policy Section 5. |
| Sponsored placements | Labelled spots on pages such as the homepage, Compare, the directory, state and route pages, and articles. |
| Content & distribution | Labelled partner articles, announcements, newsletter blocks, social posts and videos. |
| Full Service | Our own licensed brokerage charges customers a coordination fee shown before booking. |
A one-time onboarding fee applies to a company's first purchase. We don't earn money from affiliate links, and we don't sell data to data brokers or advertisers.
03How paid content is labelled
Anything a company paid for carries a clear label right on it:
- Sponsored or Partner Spotlight for company cards and placements
- Partner content or Paid for articles, announcements and videos a company paid for
- Sponsored in newsletters and social posts
- Transportvibe Full Service wherever our own brokerage appears
Paid units always sit apart from organic results and editorial rankings, so you can tell them apart at a glance.
04What money can't buy
No payment changes any of these, for any company:
- A TrustScore, or the method behind it
- Which reviews are published, removed or highlighted
- Organic order in Compare, the directory and search
- Editorial rankings, "Best for" labels, awards and earned badges
- What ShipAdvisor AI recommends in its answers
- Red Flag Checker results
If a company offers to pay for a better score, a ranking or a removed review, we refuse, and we may suspend its account.
05Paid cards inside our tools
Labelled partner cards can appear next to our estimator, the Red Flag Checker and ShipAdvisor AI. These cards are ads. The tool's own answers, scores and safety checks are never paid for and never change because a company advertises.
06Our own brokerage
Transportvibe Full Service is our own licensed FMCSA brokerage. Because we earn a fee when you book it, we label it clearly wherever it appears, and it never receives a TrustScore or a place in our editorial rankings.
07Reviews and endorsements
Reviews come from customers who verified their email and passed our fraud checks. Companies may not pay or reward customers for reviews, invite only happy customers, or write reviews themselves. Read our Review Policy for the full rules.
