SMS Terms

Program name: Transportvibe Shipping Updates.

When you agree to texts on a Transportvibe form, we send text messages about your request: confirmation of your quote request, quote and booking updates, Full Service shipment updates, and account security codes. We don't send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.

The transport companies you're matched with may also text you about your shipment, as you agreed on the quote form. Their texts come from their own numbers and follow their own terms. Reply STOP to them to opt out of their texts.

• You agree to receive texts by ticking the consent box on our form and submitting it.
• Consent isn't a condition of any purchase.
• You confirm you're the account holder for the mobile number, or have their permission.

Message frequency varies with your request; most people get 1 to 5 texts per quote request or shipment.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

• Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, or email hello@transportvibe.com or call +1 (443) 388-0311.
• To start again, reply START or tick the consent box on a new request.

Supported on major US carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We don't sell or share your SMS opt-in or consent records with third parties. Your phone number is shared with transport companies only as part of a quote request you send, as explained on the quote form and in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of that sharing at Your Privacy Choices.

We may update these terms. We'll post changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to receive texts after a change means you accept it.
