Partner & Referral Program Terms

These terms cover the Partner program in your Transportvibe business workspace: review invite links, the website badge, and referring other companies. They're part of our Business Terms of Service.

Your review link lets customers leave a verified review of your company. When you use it:

• Invite every customer the same way, after every completed shipment. Don't pick only happy customers.
• Keep your message neutral. Ask for an honest review, not a positive one.
• Don't offer discounts, gifts, refunds or anything of value for a review.
• Don't write reviews for customers or submit them on their behalf.

• You may show the Transportvibe badge on your own website and materials while your profile is claimed and in good standing.
• Use our embed code, so the badge always shows your current TrustScore and links to your Transportvibe profile.
• Don't edit, resize out of proportion, or recreate the badge, and don't show an old score.
• We may ask you to remove the badge, or disable the embed, if your account is suspended or the badge is misused.

Using an earned award or verification badge in advertising needs a separate licence from us.

Share your referral link with another auto transport company. When the company you referred:

1. signs up through your link,
2. is new to Transportvibe business accounts,
3. completes its first purchase, including the onboarding fee, and
4. keeps a paid plan for 30 days,

you get a credit equal to one month of your current plan, applied to your next invoice.

• You can earn up to 12 referral credits in a calendar year.
• You can't refer your own company, a company under the same ownership, or a company that already has a business account.
• Don't send spam, buy ads on our brand name, or claim to speak for Transportvibe.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and end if your account closes.
• We may withhold or reverse credits we believe were earned by fraud or by breaking these terms.

We may change or end the Partner program, including the referral reward, with 30 days' notice by email and in your workspace. Credits already earned stay valid.
