This company currently receives an AVOID verdict because FMCSA records show an inactive registration or operating authority required for its services. This is a regulatory concern, separate from customer reviews: positive feedback does not resolve it. We recommend choosing another provider unless updated FMCSA records confirm the required status is active.

American Auto Shipping has a TrustScore of 0/100 and a rating of Avoid. FMCSA shows its required federal broker authority is inactive, and that status is the main reason for the result. No amount or breadth of favorable reviews can offset that inactive authority. The reviews we read do show praise for communication, delivery timing, vehicle condition, and driver professionalism, but they also include complaints about issue resolution, pickup timing, and pricing. The newest review is from June 2026, and almost all of its 1,131 counted reviews are on Google, with counted reviews also on BBB and Trustpilot.
