UDS Auto Logistics has a TrustScore of 50/100 and a rating of Caution. It has 252 counted reviews across Google, Trustpilot, and BBB, with the newest review from October 2026. The reviews we read show clear strengths in communication, delivery timing, shipment updates, vehicle condition, and driver professionalism, but there are also notable complaints about pricing, pickup timing, and issue resolution. Its FMCSA broker authority is active, so the main concern is the mixed review record rather than a licensing problem.

If I could leave 0 I would. I paid my deposit, and they fialed to pick up my vehicle. Gave me the go around and insulted me several times over the phone. Fake names, scum people. After a month, I finally said enough and they told me I would not get my deposit back even though the failure was on them. On top of that...

Was told I would pay one price and was going to get my car on the day I needed it just for them to tell me they can’t. So they told me they would do it the following business day. Just for them to tell me they couldn’t do it unless I wanted to pay 600 dollars. It’s a scam would never recommend this company.
